Refund and Return Policy

AD Beverage Group Pty Ltd aims to provide premium beverage products and excellent customer service. If you experience an issue with your order, we are committed to working with you to achieve a fair resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • Incorrect items were supplied
  • Products are significantly different from their description
  • The order was incomplete or incorrectly processed

To initiate a return request, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and provide proof of purchase along with supporting evidence such as photographs of the product and packaging.


Conditions for Returned Products

Returned items should be:

  • Unopened and unused where possible
  • Stored appropriately before return
  • Returned in original packaging where applicable
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

For health and safety reasons, certain beverage products may not be eligible for return if opened, consumed, tampered with, or improperly stored after delivery unless required by law.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits customer rights under Australian Consumer Law. Customers may be entitled to repairs, replacements, or refunds for products that fail to meet consumer guarantees.


Refund Approval Process

Once a return request is received and reviewed, we will notify the customer regarding approval or rejection of the refund or replacement request. Approved refunds may be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on financial institutions, payment providers, and transaction processing systems.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns may not be accepted in situations including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind purchases
  • Incorrect orders placed by customers
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery
  • Delayed requests submitted beyond the return eligibility period

Shipping Costs for Returns

Where the return is due to damaged, defective, or incorrect products supplied by AD Beverage Group Pty Ltd, return shipping costs may be covered or reimbursed where appropriate.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs for approved returns not caused by our error.


Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
